Named for Andrew Witham, the Blue Hill merchant who constructed our original building in 1796, this organic decaf has all the richness and boldness of our regular coffees – just without the caffeine. Our Witham’s Decaf is a blend that we developed and roast to be used in our decaf espressos, and it brews an amazing drip coffee. This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method, which is a safe, chemical-free, decaffeination process.
Tasting Notes: Sweet graham cracker, balanced, pleasant mouthfeel.
